Kodisoft Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates the IRT mobile application (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.
The Application allows users to interact with smart restaurant tables produced by Kodisoft Limited. Interaction with the table may include, but not limited to, uploading user’s photos and videos (the “Media”) to the table, accessing list of ordered items in restaurant, accessing restaurant media content. The photos and videos that user selected to upload to the table may be transferred either directly to the table or through the dedicated intermediary web server. Uploaded user's Media is not stored on the server, as it transferred to the table immediately. Uploaded user's Media is deleted from the table when user manually deletes files through Photo Share table Application. Uploaded user's Media is automatically deleted from the table when: user disconnects his mobile device from the table and closes Photo Share table Application; user uploaded Media to the Photo Share Application that was opened by another user and that application instance closed.
Usage of “Save to phone” feature. In some table applications users may be offered to use “Save to phone” feature. By using this feature user agrees that selected media file will be transferred to his mobile device through intermediate web server. Transferred media files are not stored on the intermediate web server.
Usage of “Photo Printing” feature. In some restaurants users may be offered to use “Photo Printing” feature of Photo Share table application. This feature allows users to print their personal image files on public photo printer in the restaurant. By ordering “Photo Printing” product user agrees that selected image file will be transferred to intermediate web server and to printing software, and that printed image may be seen by other people, including, but not limited to, restaurant staff, restaurant visitors. Image files are not stored by printing software, but they may be stored by the web server in user storage.
We use your data to provide and improve the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Application to you.
While using our Application, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
When you access the Application by a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device model, your mobile device identifier, your mobile device operating system, the IP address of your mobile device and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Kodisoft Limited will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We may use third-party Application Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Application.
Azure Application Insights is a web analytics service offered by Microsoft that tracks and reports application events and performance. The collected data is stored on Azure servers. Application Insights is an Azure Application. Security policies are described in the Azure Security, Privacy, and Compliance white paper.
You may request the deletion of data we have collected on you by sending an email to support@kodisoft.com with subject "DELETE REQUEST".
